After a long school semester, Winterfest is the best type of break

by 2025/12/05

As winter break approaches, most of us are counting down the days until we can close our textbooks, take a break from schoolwork, and reset. Take a break that actually refreshes you, strengthens your Satsang, and reconnects you with your NNDYM family. Winterfest is the perfect break for just that!

This year, Winterfest is extra special because we’re celebrating a historic milestone: 200 years of the Shikshapatri. We will come together in the spirit of bridging life with dharma. This year’s gathering will offer reflection and inspiration as we strengthen our connection to Bhagwan and learn about the timeless teachings of our Shikshapatri.

Celebrating 200 years of the Shikshapatri is a once-in-a-generation moment. The Shikshapatri, written by Bhagwan Swaminarayan himself, has guided the lives of devotees for two centuries.

At Winterfest, we’ll:

The school year gets super busy, and it becomes hard to see each other during the year. Winterfest brings everyone back together for three days of empowering sessions, peaceful devotion, late-night discussions, delicious eats, fun activities, lots of laughter, and cool seva activities. Take a few days during this break to come to Winterfest to recharge mentally and spiritually. When the school year starts back up, you’ll return focused and motivated after an enjoyable Winterfest.
